  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped For garnish.
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries Use starchy varieties like Russets for crispiness.
  • Vegetable oil for frying Ensure the oil is hot for best results.

Method

Preparation
  1. Toss the chicken wings in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potato strips until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Cooking
  1. Cook the wings in the hot oil until they turn crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and optional chili flakes until smooth and glossy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss the crispy wings in the thick honey-garlic sauce and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serving
  1. Serve the sticky wings alongside the crispy fries for a truly indulgent experience.

Notes

The wings and fries can be stored in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture. Consider marinating wings for enhanced flavor or baking for a healthier option.
