  • 1 fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • to taste dried herbs For garnish.
For the eggs
  • 2 eggs Fry sunny-side up.

Method

Cooking the Fries
  1. Begin by frying or baking the potatoes in hot oil until crispy and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Seasoning the Steak
  1. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
Searing the Steak
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and add the steak cubes. Cook until deeply browned and juicy, about 3-4 minutes.
Adding Butter and Aromatics
  1. Once the steak is browned, add butter, garlic, and chopped chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Frying the Eggs
  1. In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are crispy and yolks remain runny.
Assembling the Plate
  1. Serve by placing crispy fries beside the steak bites and topping with the fried eggs. Garnish with fresh parsley and dried herbs.

Notes

Pairs well with a simple side salad or a beverage like coffee or fresh orange juice. For better visual impact, stack fries upright beside steak and eggs.
