Steak & Eggs
  • 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak Select high-quality steak for best results.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For searing the steak and roasting vegetables.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For seasoning the steak.
  • 1 tsp salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper To taste.
  • 8 large eggs For fluffy scrambled eggs.
  • 2 tbsp butter For cooking the eggs.
  • 2 tbsp milk For creamy scrambled eggs.
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped For garnish.
Potatoes & Peppers
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced For breakfast potatoes.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For roasting vegetables.
  • 1/2 tsp paprika For seasoning.
Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls or 8 homemade cinnamon rolls For a sweet finish.
  • Included icing For drizzling over cinnamon rolls.

Method
 

Preparation of Breakfast Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the diced potatoes and red peppers in olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them on a baking sheet.
  2. Roast until golden-brown and crispy.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Season the steak generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet until hot, then sear the steak for 4–5 minutes on each side.
Making the Scrambled Eggs
  1. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat and pour in the egg mixture, gently stirring as small curds form.
Baking the Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package directions until they are golden brown.
Assembling & Serving
  1. Slice the rested steak into strips.
  2. On a large plate, artfully arrange the sautéed breakfast potatoes, fluffy scrambled eggs, and warm cinnamon rolls.
  3. Drizzle icing over the rolls and garnish with fresh chopped chives.
