Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1.5 lbs ribeye or sirloin steak Look for cuts with good marbling for best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For searing the steak.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Seasoning for the steak.
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives For garnish.
For the Eggs
  • 6 large eggs Whisked for scrambled eggs.
  • 2 tbsp butter For cooking the eggs.
  • 2 tbsp milk Optional; can use plant-based milk.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Potatoes
  • 3 cups potatoes, diced For roasting.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cinnamon Rolls
  • 2 prepared cinnamon rolls Follow package instructions for baking.
  • vanilla icing for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Toss the diced potatoes in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes, adding the diced red bell pepper in the last 10 minutes.
  2. Ensure the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Cook the Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Follow the package instructions to bake the cinnamon rolls until golden brown.
  2. Avoid opening the oven door too early.
Sear the Steak
  1. Season the steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear it in a hot skillet for 3–5 minutes on each side.
  2. Allow a crust to form, and avoid moving the steak during cooking.
Make the Scrambled Eggs
  1. Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter over low heat, then add the eggs.
  2. Stir gently until soft and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
Assemble & Serve
  1. Slice the seared steak and garnish with chopped chives.
  2. Arrange the steak, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and cinnamon rolls on your plate.
  3. Drizzle the rolls with icing for a sweet finish.
