Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of cold water for 8-10 minutes until perfectly cooked.
  2. Let the eggs cool, then peel them carefully under running water.
  3. Slice the eggs into quarters.
  4. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and fan out the flesh on a plate.
  5. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds and place them on the plate.
  6. Top tomatoes with mini mozzarella balls and drizzle with olive oil.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the smoked salmon slices over the plate.
  2. Scatter the black olives around the other ingredients.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and extra chili flakes if desired.

Notes
