  • 2 soft-boiled eggs Cook for about 7 minutes for a tender yolk.
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, sliced Opt for ripe avocados for the best flavor.
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced into wedges Choose vibrant tomatoes; avoid overly ripe ones.
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4-5 green olives Adds a briny flavor.
  • 100 g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced Can be substituted with dairy-free cheese.
  • 1 tsp chia seeds For added texture and nutrition.
  • 1 dash paprika or chili flakes To add some spice.
  • to taste salt & black pepper Adjust to personal preference.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Drizzle over the bowl.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soft-boil the eggs for about 7 minutes until the whites are firm but the yolks remain slightly runny.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half, taking care not to mash the yolks.
  3. Thinly slice the avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Assembly
  1. Arrange mozzarella slices and green olives in the center of the bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chia seeds, paprika, salt, and cracked pepper evenly across the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Separate ingredients before freezing for longer storage. For a spicier version, add jalapeƱo or sriracha. For a lighter version, substitute mozzarella with dairy-free cheese.
