For the Salad
  • 1 cup mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion) Use fresh, vibrant vegetables.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the drumsticks with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Ensure the chicken is glistening from the oil and coated evenly with the seasonings.
Roasting the Chicken
  1. Arrange the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crispy.
  2. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper browning.
Cooking the Fries
  1. If using frozen fries, bake or fry until golden and crunchy.
  2. For homemade fries, cut fresh potatoes into strips, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake until crispy.
Salad and Sauces
  1. Toss together the salad ingredients in a bowl and prepare your dipping sauces in small bowls.
Assembling the Box
  1. On a serving platter or in takeout boxes, neatly pack the chicken, fries, salad, and selected sauces.
  2. Avoid overfilling to maintain the crunch of the fries.

Notes

For a lighter version, use skinless drumsticks and consider sweet potatoes instead of traditional fries.
