Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook oats or whole grain cereal in a pot with water or milk over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the oats are cooking, sauté spinach in a non-stick pan for about 2 minutes until wilted.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, pour into the pan with spinach, and stir until fluffy.
  4. Slice fresh fruits and arrange them on top of the oatmeal or mix into the eggs.
  5. Add nut butter or Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  6. Top with chia or flaxseeds for extra nutrition.
