Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Wings
  • 10 pieces chicken wings Look for fresh wings with a good amount of fat.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • to taste Salt & black pepper Avoid using too much salt.
For the Fries
  • 3 large potatoes Use firm potatoes like Russets for best results.
  • as needed Oil for frying
For the Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled Skip for a dairy-free option.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, coat the chicken wings with olive oil and all the seasonings. Let them sit for about 20 minutes.
Cook the Fries
  1. Cut the potatoes into thick fries. Fry them in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Grill the Wings
  1. Preheat the grill or air fryer and grill wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until crispy and charred.
Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Toss and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
Serve
  1. Arrange the grilled wings, crispy fries, and fresh salad on a plate. Enjoy hot!

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the wings overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze leftover wings for up to two months; thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
