  • 1/2 cup sweet corn Warm up just enough to retain sweetness.
Flavorings and Pantry Items
  • 2 tbsp butter Can replace with olive oil for a dairy-free option.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Freshly minced for the best flavor.
  • 1 slice lemon For garnish.
  • to taste Salt & black pepper Adjust seasonings to your preference.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil For searing the salmon.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the salmon and shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking Salmon
  1. Place the salmon in the hot skillet. Sear for 4-5 minutes until golden.
  2. Flip the salmon gently to avoid breaking it apart.
Cooking Shrimp
  1. Reduce heat, melt butter, and add minced garlic to the pan.
  2. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
Cooking Vegetables
  1. Steam the broccoli until tender and vibrant.
  2. Warm the sweet corn in the microwave or a small pot.
Plating
  1. Arrange the salmon, shrimp, broccoli, and corn on a plate.
  2. Top with parsley and a lemon slice. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter.

Notes

Serve with rice or crusty bread to soak up the sauce. This dish can be made ahead and reheated for convenience.
