Preparation
- Generously season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and sear them for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, allowing the mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the garlic sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
- Serve the Garlic Butter Pork Bites hot.
Notes
For an ideal dining experience, pair with roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can freeze for up to a month.
