Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2–3 pieces chicken drumsticks Opt for fresh, high-quality for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste Salt & black pepper For seasoning.
  • Oil for frying Oil for frying
For the Fries
  • 2 cups fries Use frozen or freshly cut.
For the Coleslaw
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix Pre-packaged can save time.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Substitute with dairy-free mayo for lactose sensitivity.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Optional Serving
  • Ketchup Ketchup For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Coating
  1. In a shallow dish, combine flour with your seasonings and dredge the chicken.
Frying Chicken
  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
  2. Fry the coated drumsticks for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Cooking Fries
  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions or fry homemade strips until crispy.
Making Coleslaw
  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring until well coated.
Assembly
  1. Arrange the chicken, fries, and coleslaw in a box or on a plate and serve with ketchup.

Notes

For best results, store chicken, fries, and coleslaw separately to maintain texture, and reheat in an oven.
