  • 3–4 pieces chicken drumsticks Choose skin that is taut and not discolored.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For seasoning the chicken.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances seasoning.
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
For the Fries
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh fries Cook according to package instructions or until golden brown.
For the Salad
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped Use fresh and vibrant lettuce.
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced Choose firm cucumbers.
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced Use ripe tomatoes for best flavor.
Dipping Sauces
  • 2 servings dipping sauces (ketchup & gravy or your fave)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them, sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well until each piece is coated.
  2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes to enhance flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F. If using an oven, arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake or air fry for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and crispy, ensuring juices run clear.
Fries and Salad
  1. Simultaneously, cook the fries according to package instructions or fry until golden and crispy.
  2. While fries are cooking, toss together the chopped lettuce, diced cucumber, and diced tomato in a bowl. Drizzle with a pinch of salt and a bit more olive oil.
Serving
  1. Arrange the chicken drumsticks on a plate, alongside a generous portion of fries and the salad. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For optimal freshness, keep the salad separate until serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze chicken and fries separately for up to 3 months.
