For the Tzatziki

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken by combining it with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and grill the marinated chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt in a bowl.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the bowl by arranging the grilled chicken, fries, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta, red onions, and a generous dollop of tzatziki. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.

Notes

For substitutes, boneless skinless thighs work well. For a healthier option, use sweet potato fries. To maintain crispy texture, reheat chicken and fries in an oven, avoiding the microwave.
