Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2-3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Soften it before mixing.
  • 1/2-3/4 cup buffalo sauce Adjust level of spice to preference.
  • 1/3-1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing Use your favorite dressing.
  • 1 1/2-2 cups shredded cheese A blend of cheddar and mozzarella is recommended.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 bunch green onions Chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For an extra flavor boost.
  • 1 cup extra cheese Sprinkle on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat your oven to 375 F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until mostly smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked chicken and about 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Spread it into a baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a browned top, if desired.
  2. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make it creamy, not greasy by using softened cream cheese. Control the heat level by adjusting the amount of buffalo sauce according to your taste.
