  1. In a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  2. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  2. Brush balsamic glaze over the salmon before flipping. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the salmon garnished with fresh parsley and drizzle any remaining glaze on top.
